This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds for services provided by AegisLink.

No Refunds

Basically, we do not offer refunds solely because the customer changed their mind. Due to the nature of digital services, access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Exceptions

If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end, please contact support. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellation

You cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
